About this apartment rental
It is located in the end of 19th Century. built Gründerzeithaus on the edge of the old working-class district Gostenhof, only a minute away from the subway. Shortest travel time, direct connection to the main railway station and trade fair, 1x transfer to the airport. Gostenhof is a lively district, dominated by trendy bars, beer gardens hidden, chic restaurants, foods from all over (and women) countries, junk shops, galleries. A touch of Kreuzberg.
In 2018, soundproof windows with rungs and a new bathroom with floor-level shower and underfloor heating were installed. It has two bedrooms, whose beds can be used either singly or as a double. Handy if you are traveling with work colleagues. In the living room is an extra bed on a sofa bed possible (double).
Also in the living room a new fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic, oven, dishwasher and fridge / freezer combination. Smart TV 108 cm, DVD, kl. Music system, but also books and games are of course there. Ideal for families or small groups.
By the way: With us you pay conventionally by bank transfer from your bank account to our savings account. 50 € deposit, the remainder 6 weeks before arrival. Fair and correct. For 21 years.

Clean, comfortable, with all of the appliances and utensils you might need. A quiet location but only 15 minutes walk into the old city. For us it was convenient to where our daughter lives. We enjoyed our stay there and will likely book again on our next visit.
