About this apartment rental
Extremely private and quiet, centrally located within walking distance to the sand. Located on a hill that has one of the best sunset views the City has to offer. Brand new kitchen, fresh paint, queen pillow top premium bed, 2 smart TV flat screens, Wifi, gated community, a dedicated parking space!
My open floor plan 2 bedroom/ 2 bath is ideal for a vacation getaway or a retreat from the world. Brand new floors, paint, counters, baseboards, stainless steel appliances, recess lighting. The windows and doors are all double paned so you won't hear any outside noise if you don't want to. The home is in the inside of the tract so no street noise. It's also very temperate inside the home due to excellent insulation so you don't need a heater or A/C. (Even though we do have heating.) It's also a corner unit so you won't feel like you're sandwiched inbetween neighbors. I cannot stress enough that this is QUIET, PRIVATE space.
Guest Bedroom has a queen sized pillow top mattress. Master bathroom has a shower and tub. Guest Bedroom has a pillow top Queen bed. Guest bathroom has a stand up shower. All rooms have Wifi.
The living room, kitchen and bathrooms are newly updated. You're in for less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. You'll be spending the bulk of your time outside but I've supplied premium mattresses, couches, common areas while you're there. The oversized couch has a pull out sofa with a queen inside!
