CASA de AEWOL is a private two-floored house located at the famous 'beautiful Aewol Coastal Road' in Jeju Island. This is a newly built modern style house(construction finished in Sep 2018) with stylish interior decoration and private play garden.
This property is equipped with air conditioners in every rooms, a full kitchen with utensils at first floor, a kitchenette at second floor, 2-core induction range at each floor, a full size refrigerator at first floor, a half size refrigerator at the second floor, a 42 inch TV at first floor, a 32 inch TV at the second floor, a laundry & drying machine(first floor), a rice cooker, an electrical pot, 2 hair dryers, an iron, smoke detectors in every rooms, a terrace at the 2nd floor, a spacious deck area facing the ocean with outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunset at the famous Aewol coast. You can also enjoy the nice ocean view and sunset while sitting at the sofa in the living rooms at the 1st and 2nd floor.
The first and second floor have separate middle porch(above and below the stairs) after the main entrance and equipped with a bedroom and a bathroom at each floor (2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom in this unit; a bathroom at first floor with toilet,washstand, showerstand, and another spacious bathroom at second floor with toilet, washstand, and shower booth), which allows individual space at each floor during the stay. The first floor is 60㎡, the second floor is 43㎡.
