The apartment is (over)designed so one feels like living in a tiny palace. The kitchen is very well stocked and modern. Everything is new and clean. There is a terrace, surprisingly large for the size of the apartment.
The location is not exceptional, but pretty great -- a 5min walk to some of Kolobrzeg's best rated restaurants and some 10-15' walk from the beach.
The offered garage parking is great, since the apartment is part of a larger apartment complex only serviced by a smallish street, which is full with cars. The street is not busy/noisy itself, though.
Wifi is great too, suitable even for remote working.
The design is a bit overdone, with the main space divided in three areas, which leads to a cluttered set up: one constantly bumps into things if not attentive -- negligible however.
The main complaint is with the noise: it seems like Kolobrzeg is on a growing spree and there are many construction sites in the good areas. One is exactly across the street from the apartment. So there's construction noises over the week, 7 to 15 o'clock. Not overly disturbing, but to consider for the next few months.
All in all, I'd happily go back!
