About this apartment rental
Wonderful one bedroom apartment in one of the prettiest areas of Downtown San Jose. Full Security , Gym , Lap Pool, recreation Pool, Playground, Mini Market and more, available at the building. Surrounded by excellent restaurants, and close by almost everything ( hospitals, clubs, bars, malls, parks, museums and more). The apartment is fully equipped with brand new furniture, and an exquisite contemporary design.

WOW.. What can I say. Just a perfect apartment in a perfect location in San Jose. Excellent security and inside parking.
Very clean and so refreshing when we walked in. So nicely decorated, very comfortable bed, nice hot shower, big walk in closet, nice size laundry room with sink and storage shelves.Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. Lots of supplies in Kitchen / Laundry room and bathroom to get you started. Nice pool area with outside BBQ area. Sabana Park nearby , and just a few blocks away is Avenda Central, the great walking street. Pali Grocery store (Walmart) just 3 blocks away. Outdoor Farmers market nearby plus a big Paseo Colon Grocery Store, just a couple of blocks away. 7-10 Bus terminal, which we use for travelling around the country, just a short ride from the apartment.
Ricardo, the owner, was extremely helpful whenever we had a question or needed information. Looking forward in staying here again next year.

Small condo adequate for two people and short stay. Very nice pool area. Handy convenience store on corner, large supermarket a short walk. Good value for the money.
There was never hot water and only intermittent warm water. The sliding glass balcony door would not lock.
