About this apartment rental
The Annexe is a self contained studio decorated to a high standard attached to the main house. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, on the foot of the North Downs in Kent, ideal for walking, biking, visiting local attractions or a relaxing break. It has its own entrance and private courtyard with a hot tub. Continental breakfast is available at a charge of £8 per person. We can accommodate two adults and a child (additional charge will be applicable for a 3rd person)
The studio has a king size bed, ensuite shower room & small kitchenette. We provide toiletries, hairdryer, and a couple of towelling robes with matching slippers, just so you’ll feel pampered! TV & Wifi. Tea, coffee are provided foc.
There is a toaster, microwave and fridge.
We can also provide a travel cot or single put you up bed at an additional charge. Please request details
Guest will be able to access the studio via their own private entrance.
Interaction with guests
I generally welcome guests on arrival to the Annexe. It is important that guests get the most out of their stay and so I like to offer any help they may require on arrival. I then leave guests to enjoy their stay.
We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty located at the end of a bridleway/track. Ideal for walking, biking, visiting local attractions or a relaxing break. May not be suitable for very low suspension cars in the winter.
The Annexe is located a mile up a private track/bridleway. Leeds Castle is only a short drive away from the Annexe.
There are also local pubs serving excellent food to walk or drive to. Bearsted Green is approximately 2 miles away.
