The price/night/entire house, suitable for a group of people who like large living room for parties and enjoy cooking own foods. This is a clean & nice house with 3bedrooms 2bathrooms located at Vientiane capital, Sisavath village Closed to Patuxay, convenient store, street food restaurants (close Sunday)
100 m2 house at the town, not only closed to a convenient store/local street food restaurants, but also where is nearby to tourist attraction places such Patuxay, Morning market, Vientiane Center Mall/World Trade Mall, That Luang stupa, Wat Si Saket/Haw Phra Kaew by bike or walk.
Neighbors are nice and friendly. They maybe have a family dinner that could make noise sometimes, especially Friday.

Cleaning daily after 11 am (except weekend)
Changingbedsheets regularly before checkin & checkout.
