About this house rental
Attractive house located on a recently constructed urbanisation in a much sought-after area, due to its proximity to Fontanilla beach and Conil´s old town.
The complex is made up of large gardens with a great variety of flowers, plants and Mediterranean trees, as well as a seasonal, communal salt water pool.
Maximum capacity is for six people.
EQUIPMENT
The house is two storey and is made up of three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom, another has two single beds and the other has a bunk bed. There is a second bathroom and separate toilet and the house is very well equipped with air conditioning (hot or cold), broadband internet, barbecue, TV and Astra satellite channels.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob.
The furnished ground floor terrace has an awning, portable barbecue, two sun loungers and the small garden overlooks the interior of the urbanisation with pool views.
LOCATION
Situated behind Hotel Fuerte. Between the complex and the new hotel Gran Conil there is a road with direct access to the beach. In just a couple of minutes you can be on Fontanilla beach with its choice of well-known restaurants such as La Fontanilla, Feduchy etc.
The town centre is roughly one kilometre away.
