This spacious house situated in the small village of Ušići Dvori near the town of Pula on the sunny Istrian peninsula in the northern Adriatic Sea, an ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with friends or family.
The Apartment was built in 1961 and has only recently been completely renovated in 2016. It offers a generous living-/dining area, fully fitted kitchens, two bedrooms and one bathrooms. The air conditioned living area with a comfortable corner sofa, wide flat screen cable and satellite television with USB port and a large wooden dining table with six matching chairs. Next to the dining area the open plan kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, four hob electrical cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. On the ground floor, you will also find two ( bedrooms are furnished with a 160 cm x 205 and 140 x205 cm double bed and spacious wardrobes each) and one bathroom.
Here, you can enjoy your meals while admiring the panoramic views across. An extra bed for a child and a baby cot is available and there also is a washing machine for added convenience. Reliable WLAN internet access is offered in the villa free of charge.
