Localização excelente, casa ampla para 04 pessoas se acomodarem bem, aconchegante e segura.

Alguns detalhes poderiam ser evitados. Não deixar um detergente na cozinha e uma bucha de lavar louça, não custava nada, ja que é um quarto com cozinha e utensílios. A comunicação demorou no check in, esperemos uns 30 minutos na entrada, mas depois ok. Tivemos um problema com a água no imóvel que estava sem pressão, sendo avisado no instante seguinte que entramos mas só arrumaram depois de cobrar eles um dia e meio depois. O problema pelo jeito era sabido, pois o encanador já veio com peça certa e a pressão da água depois funcionou perfeitamente. Apesar dos problemas, não estragou a estadia. Recomendo o imóvel, mas precisaria relatar para o anfitrião saber que precisa ter um retorno mais rápido para essas situações para os próximos não passasse por isso. Eu voltaria sem problemas.

Location was wonderful. Right in the center! Close to terminal. Very clean and beautiful view from the windows

The shower drain was plugged so we had to wait 15-20 min between each person’s showers to ensure it doesn’t overflow on the bathroom floor. Kitchen equipments such as toaster and coffee machine was super basic. Our apartment was on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. Could be a problem if you have big luggage’s.

The location was great; right in the main center of Sorrento where all the shops are and close to the port. It was spacious with a full kitchen and living area.

We didn’t have any toilet paper when we first arrived and proceeded to text them and they said they would bring it in half an hour but never did; then texted at night when we found out they never brought it, to which they responded the next morning saying they would bring it. However, when we arrived back at the apartment later that evening, the toilet paper was still not delivered. We had to text them again, to which they finally delivered the toilet paper. Additionally, there were a couple spots on the sofa bedding and on the towels, cleanliness wasn’t great, but it was doable. It is also on the fourth floor with no elevator, so beware. The door is also a bit iffy to unlock; you have to keep turning the key to the right and pull the door toward you and then in to open it.
