The apartment is very comfortable, as were the building's facilities. The location, in Rodadero del Sur, was a five-minute walk to the closest beach, small restaurants, and two grocery stores. One light switch didn't work when we arrived, but after we reported it to the owners, they had a handyman come to the room within just a few minutes to replace it.
Our experience there was a good one. No complaints.

Las zonas húmedas del edificio son excelentes y el apartamento es muy acogedor
En general todo estuvo súper bien.
Sin embargo, la televisión era muy compleja de usar.
Y en la zona, la playa no está limpia por lo que nos tocó trasladarnos a otros sitios para disfrutar de la playa.
El apartamento lo recomiendo 100% es muy agradable y central a las zonas comerciales.
