Es war unser 4.Aufenthalt dort. Das Appartement liegt für uns optimal,jedoch ist die Auffahrt etwas für geübte Fahrer.Vor Ort kümmert sich Gayan, ein sehr netter hilfsbereiter Housekeeper, um die Reinigung.Nespressomaschiene ist ebenfalls vorhanden.Die Betten sind bequem in die Aussicht fantastisch.

Die Leuchtmittel an den Treppen müssen dringend ausgewechselt werden,da sind einige defekt..Es fehlt mittlerweile einiges an Gläsern und Tassen.Müslischalen sind leider auch nicht mehr vorhanden.

The view.

The apartment is located directly on a very noisy street with 24-hour traffic. The road is partially visible in one of the photos—it begins exactly where the building wall ends. The windows have no sound insulation, which made it impossible for me to rest. There is construction ongoing in a couple of buildings around the house and in the valley the noise is echoing with triple power. Before check-in, the host confirmed that the place was quiet, which was not true. There is also no privacy in the bedroom facing the pool: staff regularly walks past the windows, giving them a direct view of the bed. After the first noisy night, the host offered me a refund and we agreed that I would look for another place to stay. However, this turned out to be impossible due to peak season. Despite this, the host insisted that we check out and even left money with the neighbors, asking me to check out by text message while I was not home. This caused me enormous stress, as I had nowhere to go. I was eventually able to convince her to let me stay, but I felt manipulated and misled. I think this is so-called "culture" of locals in Seychelles. Light sleepers, please do yourself a favor and book the Beachcomber Hotel at Anse Soleil Beach instead. That is where I had a wonderfully quiet night with only the sound of the tide. It is about one kilometer away from La Perle.
