Welcome to our shared 2 story home, we have for you 1 bedroom upstairs with closet, furnished with 1 queen size bed, end table, 32" TV, ceiling fan and lamp. Cable & high speed WiFi are included. Private bathroom downstairs. You'll have access to our downstairs kitchen and laundry room. Street parking outside of house.
Great neighborhood! Very quiet. Great location! Approx. 6 miles from MCO airport, 6 minutes to 528 and 3 min to 417. Approx. 5 min to Valencia college and Lake Nona medical center. Publix Supermarker, Walmart, Sams... Tons of restaurants and new shops opening up. Approx. 15 Miles from all major attractions! Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and I-Drive. Only 35 minutes to Cocoa Beach.
