Overall the property location and decor were amazing however multiple little things throughout the stay soured the experience.
I arrived with a young family 30 min prior to check in and was told the time was being cleaned and I would be called when it’s done. An hour later and no one had contacted me. When I called I was told that the room was still being cleaned and someone would contact me. Another 15 min later and still nothing so I walked to reception to find out the room was ready to go. Not the best experience considering I was denied a late check out. Least you could do was get the room ready on time.
The other major issue was the tv reception which kept cutting in and out making watching tv impossible.
Other than that the place was great and in an amazing location.

I’ve been using Accom Holidays for a few years and have never been disappointed. The apartment was gorgeous, close to the beach and restaurants, just a perfect place for a family holiday.
