Дуже чисто в цілому. Ідеально чиста постільна білизна, що для мене одне з найважливішого. Комфортні ліжка - в міру м'які. На кухні був посуд, столові прибори, мікрохвильова піч, чайник - все необхідне для короткого перебування. Комунікація з менеджером була легкою та приємною, відповідали швидко. Інструкції, як потрапити в будівлю та квартиру, чіткі та зрозумілі.
Сполобалось, якщо забув щось з гігієни - надаються набори для чистки зубів, шапочка для душу, шампунь, кондиціонер, мило. Окремо дякуємо за комплімент від власників на кухні!
Розкладний диван був трохи жорсткий, було б добре додати топ матрац. Також можна додати примусову вентиляцію в ванній кімнаті. Сковородка потребує заміни (ми не користувались, бо були 1 ніч, але якщо б більше, то була б потрібна). Рушники темного кольору - хотілося б світлі, але це вже моє особисте уподобання.

Perfect place for a stay in Lviv. 15 minutes walk to the center, tram station 100 meters away, local shop in the same building.
Staff is amazing, helpful and very nice. I forgot a necklace in the apartment and the host was very kind to send it to me via delivery service.

I really like the way the flat is designed. Bathroom is comfortable and elegant. Kitchen is also pretty nice. There is a smart TV in the bedroom. Area is ok. You can drive to main Square in 3 minutes by Uber or walk.
This apartment has one huge problem. In our beds were bugs. One of us is allergic and his skin was in rash. After 15 minutes we felt itches and saw bugs. We found a lot of dead bugs in our beds. We were in Lviv only 2 days and we decided to stay because we didn’t have enough time to change accommodation. Moreover even after few minutes you get the bugs and take it to your home. So there was no point to change the flat. We slept in the kitchen on the floor because in beds we felt itches.
Our clothes must be dry washed it is very expensive. We took to Lviv our best clothes because it was a New Year’s Eve. And It was the WORST beginning of the new year in our lives. I hope there is no bug eggs in our items after this “amazing” trip. The last thing I need now are bugs in my home. We wanted a luxury apartment and price wasn’t law. They’ve should told me about bugs before I booked the apartment. They had one month to do it.
