Homey Experience - Green Design Apartment

Appartamento spazioso e funzionale. Terrazza super!!

Residence sul mare, appartamento vista mare ma leggermente arretrato, il che è molto positivo perchè è più riservato e silenzioso. Ottima comunicazione con l'host Homey Experience! Devo ringraziare per tutto perchè sono venuti incontro a tutte le mie richieste! Nonostante sia alta stagione per loro, sono entrata prima dell'orario previsto di check in. gentilissimi su tutto, informazioni dettagliate e tutto il team cordiale. Pulitissimo

Super nice apartment for group of friends or couple. 10-12 minutes walk to the centre. Great communication with the owner.

The apartment works well for a family of 4 with the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, there is some charm put into decorating it, but it's otherwise quite sparse. There was a welcome bottle of wine and a couple of pods to make coffee.

Even though the company sent elaborate directions on how to access the apartment, it was very difficult finding it. They spoke of a gate that needed to be opened with a code and there was no gate after all. Then it promised a parking sport, which we learned was in a parking garage. The key to it was very finicky and only upon asking one of the neighbors were we able to access the garage. When we drove our car inside, the designated spot was for a tiny car such as a Fiat 500 or mini cooper, but not big enough for a small SUV. Needless to say, we were forced to park on the street for the duration of our stay. All in all the company needs to update their directions and be more transparent about the parking situation. The apartment had a strange odor (mildew?) and the kitchen was minimally equipped. We've travelled extensively for 3 weeks throughout Sardinia and this was our least favorite place and ironically was the most expensive at $300/night. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend staying here.
