It’s clean and cute. They are providing free water for drinking.
It’s take time to check in, and they asking for under payment 3K, They take pictures of my ID and pictures of me.

Walking distance to MoA. Lots of dining options in the ground floor, good quality on those I tested. Hairdresser and small supermarket can you also find there. Nice to have a fridge for cold drinks. A bit of a local feel, even though most living here seemd good off. Not many european 😄
A bit more hassel to check in than what I am used to (in hotels).

The condo is accessible to utility vehicles and 8 mins walk to MOA and other stores.
The condo has need to repair on their facilities. Like faucet and window handle.
I saw some small cockroaches walking around..
