The checkin was easy and the kitchen facilities, bedrooms and bath were clean, well stocked and very accommodating. Will definitely stay at 40 WINKS again .

This property exceeded our expectations. It has been fully renovated and felt welcoming. Our family of 5 had plenty of room with the 2 queen beds and 1 pull out couch. They provided bath and beach towels, a few pots and pans, dishes, silverware and more. The location is perfect with the beach, splash pad, mini golf and farmers market all all nearby.

The location was great, across from Starlite Beach, 5 to 10 minutes to activity sites and parks. loved the 'beachy decor' in the suite. Kris was nice.
Suite was in a motel setting, not what we were expecting. Limited cooking for a family.
