About this house rental
Very close to the beach and on the edge of the forest, this typical Vendée house is located in a private and secure residence with the barrier opened by Remote Control and Digicode
Ideal with family or friends, the layout of this house offers several possibilities for the organization of sleeping arrangements (4 people + 1 baby)
It has a real bedroom with 2 twin beds (which can also be put together to make a large double bed) + 1 baby bed. In the evening, the living room is transformed into a bedroom thanks to a system of sliding partitions and the sofa-bed becomes a large double bed in 160 x 200 cm (2 mattresses of 80x200cm)
The house is also equipped with a fully fitted kitchen
FENCED OUTDOOR SPACE with garden furniture, relaxation area and barbecue
PARKING SPACE IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE
Possibility of entering the premises even in the event of late arrival, thanks to a secure and coded key box

Lovely little place located on the edge of the woods through which in 20 mins you can walk to the beach. Otherwise it is 2 mins to drive. Just a few minutes to drive to the surfing beach where they have lessons. The property was very clean and very welcoming owner. There was intermittent road noise when in the garden. Lovely stay.

Nous avons passé un super week-end ! La location est super, dans une petite résidence calme. Les lits sont confortables, la cuisine très bien aménagée et la terrasse géniale !
