3 bedroom, 2 bath home located directly on a beautiful 420 acre clear water lake very close to the Sebring circle. New covered dock with electricity to relax and enjoy fishing, swimming, and boating on the lake. Large living room, kitchen, and dining area all overlook the lake. Open porch on lake side with gas grill. Public boat ramp across the lake. Trailer parking on private street beside the house. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the grocery store (Publix) and 3 minutes from Sebring circle!

The lake house was very clean and comfortable. It was very well stocked with everythign we needed for our 3 week stay. We really enjoyed the privacy it offered, and being right on the water. We will be returning.

We loved our stay here. The house was perfect for our needs it was clean and comfortable. Shawn has done an excellent job equipping it with everything imaginable. The beds were extremely comfortable. The neighbors were all great, the lake and wildlife were beautiful and gave us entertainment and the dock was gorgeous! I won't hesitate to use this place again.

Great home to spend some quality family time in. Property managers were very helpful, courteous, and had great communication with us. We defiantly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting this property again in the future.
