About this house rental
This cozy, 3-bedroom house is located In Stanići - a small tourist place near Omis, Croatia.
With its beautiful terrace, summer kitchen and a private pool it is set in a peaceful village, surrounded by both the mountain and the sea. This is place for the relaxing summer vacation with a city within reach.
The house spreads over two floors with three two-bedded bedrooms (one on the first floor with the exit to a big balcony and two on the second floor both with a beautiful view of the island Brač), two bathrooms (one on each floor), a beautiful living room (with big TV) together with the kitchen and dining area. Another dining area with a summer kitchen is available in the pool area.
All rooms are equipped with an AC.
The outdoor area surrounding the swimming pool is equipped with a shower, deck chairs and a garden sofa. It also encompasses a summer kitchen, barbecue, and a beautiful wooden-covered terrace with a dining table.
The house is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi (100s Mb/s).
A dedicated parking space is available near the house.
In case you don't plan to rent a car, we can offer a transport service as well.
We are open regarding pet policy and usually accept groups bringing their pets on vacation but as a precaution (because of some "bad experiences"), the property is marked with a "no-pets policy". Please reach out to us for any questions about this.
Last, but not least - we try our best to make the house as sustainable as possible by investing in energy-efficient appliances (ACs, LED lighting), being mindful of water conservation when maintaining the swimming pool, encouraging waste recycling and using solar energy.

We stayed here for 10 days and it was amazing. The location is beautiful and quiet. The accommodation is great, with plenty of space for our family of two adults and two teens. The bed in the master bedroom was very large with amazing views of the sea. There are two fully equipped kitchens, one inside and one outside by the pool. The pool is a good size. The dining area next to the pool is fully covered. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to Omiš, there are an abundance of places to eat and get ice creams. There are lots of activities based in Omiš including zip lining, kayaking and boat trips.There are several nearby beaches and the sea was clear and amazing to swim in, I would suggest getting beach shoes as the beaches are stony not sandy. We found a nearby beach with a beach bar which we visited several times.The views of the sea and landscape are breathtaking.The communication with host was very easy and they provided a warm welcome when we arrived and showed us around the villa. Do not think that cozy means small, there is plenty of space, it means it is homely and lovely.An amazing holiday and we would definitely recommend this accommodation and location.

Amazingly clean, modern, spacious home in the hills above Omiš. The outdoor cooking, eating and pool area is perfect for quiet dinners and evenings. Roomy bedrooms and wonderful hosts make this place a solid five stars.

Super furnished, nothing was missing. Warm welcome, uncomplicated communication. All around carefree stay with a very nice view of the sea, thank you very much for that.

Simply lovely property decorated to a high degree and very very homely. great size, superb rooms, amazing patio area with lovely pool.There is nothing I can fault with our stay, it was just fantastic and Mateo and his family were great, very friendly and helpful.I would not hesitate for a second to stay again at this beautiful house....Special thanks to Mateo and his family - It goes a long way into make a holiday so much more enjoyable.
