The Firs Garden Apartment forms the lower ground floor of a beautiful, Victorian, detached villa. It is self-contained with its own entrance and parking. The apartment's large, private garden sets it back from the main road. The apartment is tastefully decorated to a high standard and comprises an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom and a shower room. Situated in Ilkley, within walking distance of the town centre and railway station, it is an ideal location for either a town-centred break or for those wishing to explore the Yorkshire Dales and beyond. A great place to stay, Judith was a friendly host, flat was well equipped, and clean. Ideal location, 10 minutes walk into town and a very short drive to the moors. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Firs, it was perfect for the two of us. The warm welcome and explanation of the apartment was amazing and the cleanliness and amazingly comfortable bed were perfect after a long flight. Although our visit was mostly consumed visiting new grand children we were pleased by the short proximity to Ilkley restaurants and pubs and all the hiking and biking we didn't partake in but would be ideal for other guests. We'll be back!

Really beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Easy walk down to the river or up to the moor. We arrived by train and had no trouble walking from the station. Apartment was well equipped and the host was lovely, came to welcome us when we arrived as well as leaving a welcome basket for us and for the dog. All the small details were taken care of. Couldn't ask for more!
