迎賓點心非常有誠意且好吃；晚點心還能喝到咖啡，吃到新鮮生菜，物超所值；早餐擺設的非常精緻，食材新鮮，能符合各樣的需求，只是味噌湯有點太濃郁，覺得可以再清爽一點，烤飯糰孩子很喜歡，且假日第三時段分流用餐人潮不會那麼擁擠，還能享受12點退房的優惠，會期待下次假期再來品文旅度假。
其實飯店整體給人相當有質感的感受，但小地方往往影響大畫面。二館入口雨傘的擺放因為在出入口，其實沒有正裡的情況下，會對飯店整體的質感扣分，相當可惜。

房間舒適度高，床鋪與整體環境都很舒服，住宿品質不錯。
整體清潔度很好，入住期間經常看到清潔人員整理環境，讓人感到安心。
大泳池與兒童戲水池都很適合親子同樂，小朋友玩得很開心。
悅讀世界藏書豐富，適合親子共讀，也能讓孩子有不同的閱讀選擇。
泳池熱門時段人數較多，尤其兒童戲水池容易感到擁擠。
遊戲室晚上使用人潮較多，熱門設施需要排隊，不容易玩到。
房間舒適度高，但可供放置物品、閱讀或使用電腦的桌面空間較少，使用上稍微不方便。

The staffs were not as friendly as they were expected, particularly to the kids at the Game Center.
