環境乾淨，每日下午兩點半的下午茶跟晚上八點宵夜都令人期待
因區分兩個會館，需要娛樂例如游泳就要移動到隔壁棟，比較容易因為天氣因素影響玩的意願

有下午茶、宵夜 手做pizza 兒童戲水區跟SPA 很多種
四人房內的走道太窄，牆壁天花板建議可以重刷。

飯店提供免費下午茶和宵夜，這點很加分。房間內還可以泡湯，不用另外跑到公共湯池，每間房間都有除溫機佷棒，走廊有氣泡水開飲機，房間很多插孔，廁所和浴室乾溼分離很優秀，整體住宿體驗很舒服。房務人員打掃得很乾淨非常用心，讓人住起來很安心。 如果桌面空間和收納設計能再改善一些，整體住宿體驗會更加完善。整體而言，還是一間很適合來礁溪放鬆度假的飯店。
整體來說各方面都很不錯，唯一比較可惜的是房間的桌子太小，如果有買外食回來吃，會比較不方便；另外房間沒有衣櫃，衣物和行李比較沒有適合收納的地方。

The staffs were not as friendly as they were expected, particularly to the kids at the Game Center.
