The location was within walking distance to the 4'oclock run to get the the Snowflake lift. The overall space was very accomodating for 3 families. The bunk room gave all the kids room to spread out and the main living space was comfortable. Some additional seating options like beanbags or comfy chairs might be a good addition beyond dining room chairs.
There were a few issues with the space. The shower in the jack-n-jill bath downstairs leaked into one of the bedrooms. The carpet was wet from previous guest and needs to be addressed. Also the seal on the sewage ejector pump was damaged causing a sewer smell in one of the bedrooms. When I contacted the rental company they were quick to respond and send a handy man to review. He was not totally equipped to resolve the issues but did make some modifications to help. The only other downfall was trying to make it down Ski Hill Rd into town each night. Depending on timing, the .7 mile tripb could take 45 min to an hour. I'm sure this had a lot to do with the holiday timing.
