Location and the view - perfection! Loved waking up to The Hazards each morning, the stars at night, the mist rolling in in the morning, scenery at its best. Was very cosy sitting by the fire at night, the fire warmed the bedroom well too, toasty accommodation.
My husband is 6 foot 2 inches, the bed was too short! The gas BBQ didn’t work either.

The view from the room was good , the combustion fire and wood supply was nice. Bathroom/laundry was excellent.
Main bedroom was tight. Kitchen utensils could do with updating and the electric bbq needed cleaning.

Position . Close to township. View beyond words
Couldn’t access Netflix. Needed tissues. These are just minor things.

Location was excellent with views of the bay. The studio was spacious, bed was comfortable and communication with the letting agents was good.
Studio was tired and in need of a refresh. It smelled quite musty in the lounge area with stains on the rug. There was a thick layer of dust on the light fittings and the sofas and cushions smelled dusty and needed clean.
