Beachfront Bliss-Sunsets Included

The house was very comfortable, it was lovely to be right on the beach, and Paula, the caretaker, was a gem.

The house is wonderful and it had everything we needed.We will be back.

This was our third time staying at this wonderful beach property, and each time has been just as nice as the last. The place is always extremely clean. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with great views of the sun sets and short distance to our favorite dives. One of the highlights for us is the peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking sunsets. It’s the perfect spot for relaxation, and the small details in the property really make it feel like a home away from home. The house is well-stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils, so preparing meals was easy and convenient. We can't wait to come back again for another stay—it’s truly our go-to spot for a relaxing beach getaway!

To start off I’m not writing for this to be published to the public. I’m writing because you asked and the info is more a comment to the owner of what I feel should be improved The unit has a good location and is on the water. However as a vacation rental unit owner myself I expect units to be maintained well. Disappointing that had to call for repairs to be made upon arriving. Toilets that took too way to long to refill, showers that pooled soapy water, shower temp luke warm, not hot, bedroom door that had to be slammed to get closed, ants in kitchen ( I realize it’s an island and there are ants but to have a significant problem on arrival, and throughout stay, shows lack of attention on unit prep). Air conditioning unit in kitchen/living room is undersized and is not able to cool area comfortably. Shades on west windows would help significantly. The dinning table area is uncomfortable in the evening as the room is too hot. Some ceiling fans either didn’t work or needed repair. I don’t feel I should have to do the owner/manager job of getting basic things in order for an enjoyable stay. The only way I found to light the BBQ grill was to remove both layers of grates and light burner directly. The neighborhood barking dog is annoying. I admit I’m picky, just want a vacation where I don’t have to deal with basic maintenance issues.
