Good location, staff are really helpful and friendly especially the guys Shahbaz and Shamsdin.
We had a wonderful welcoming by Mr. Shahbaz by coffee menu in roof cafe.
Small rooms even the VIP rooms, old facilities, elevator doesn’t have stop in ground floor.

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable.
A special mention goes to Ali, who kindly heated up our leftover food, provided cutlery, and even brought everything up to the terrace for us. It was a small gesture that truly reflected the outstanding level of service we experienced throughout our stay.
The housekeeping team was excellent, providing fresh towels every day and keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel is also very well located, within just 10-15 minutes of many of Istanbul’s main attractions, making it easy to explore the city.
Our family room was a little on the small side, but this did not matter much as we spent most of our time out exploring Istanbul and enjoying everything the city has to offer.
The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection each morning, and Nargiza’s warm hospitality made it an enjoyable start to every day.
What makes this hotel even more impressive is that it offers all of this at a very budget-friendly price, providing exceptional value for money without compromising on service or cleanliness.
Our heartfelt thanks go to the exceptional staff members Shah, Ali, and the lovely breakfast lady, Nargiza. Their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication made our stay memorable and truly special.
We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, a great location, excellent value for money, and genuine hospitality.
