Clean, comfortable, and beautiful stay, tucked away in a peaceful area while being only a few minutes outside Seward. Jan was super nice and accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, and clearly labeled! Loved the private bathroom and private entrance.

We stayed in the double room on the first floor which is very comfortable and spacious. Jan is an excellent host who leaves you to enjoy your stay and make your own breakfast from an extensive offering of everything you need to start the day. The view of the mountain opposite is superb. Do not be put off that the Lodge is out of town as it is only 5 mins drive or use the cycle lane, and you are away from the centre. Jan is really helpful with local knowledge and there is plenty of parking at the Lodge. Our friends stayed in the ground floor double room and said that was very comfortable and appreciated the coffee machine outside the door.
Really is difficult to recall any issues. Just make sure that if you are planning to go on the Fjord tour, book well in advance.
