New, richly furnished flat with 55 ”Smart TV, new and super comfortable Queen size double bed (D45 Density), 2 servants, work desk with sockets, full length mirror, large fridge, wardrobes with hangers. Includes extremely clean pillows and bedding. We also provide disposable glasses and cups and beer and wine opener.
Air conditioner 12000 BTUs, new and quiet. The room has 110V and 220V outlets for the comfort of our guests.
Bathroom with shower, hygienic shower, mirror. We provide extremely clean towels and hotel amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower caps).
Wi-Fi internet for Smart TV, your notebook and your smartphone.
TV with open channels and NetFlix.
Spacious balcony with table and 2 chairs.
Quiet and nice place.
The building has a revolving garage, covered at no cost.

O apartamento é excelente, super limpo e muito bem montado. O que “mata” é a ausência de porteiro 24h no prédio. Se precisar de qualquer socorro tem que esperar a funcionária que trabalha na portaria chegar. Tive problema ao entrar no apartamento porque o cartão desmagnetizou. Depois o portão da garagem do fundo do prédio estragou. O prédio tem duas entradas uma na frente e outra do fundo. Meu carro, como é grande, não passava no portão da frente. Somente no portão dos fundos. Tive de deixar o carro na rua. Apesar desse estresse a funcionária Shirley saiu de casa para nos atender. Pessoa muito simpática e prestativa. Ao meu ver, sendo um flat, deveria ter um porteiro 24h. De qualquer forma a qualidade do apartamento compensou todo esse desgaste.
