A wonderful, spacious and clean apartment with a very convenient location.

A wonderful, spacious apartment with a very convenient location. There were two of us, but it can easily accommodate four without feeling crowded. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including utensils, pots, and even a coffee machine with quite amount of capsules. The bathroom is modern, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. Everything was spotlessly clean, and you can tell the place is well maintained. The photos are fully accurate — what you see is what you get. There's private parking available right next to the building, which is a big plus. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a supermarket, bakery, and several nice restaurants just a short walk away. Got a lot of useful suggestions and needed info provided by Danilla. Great base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, there was some renovation work going on in an apartment above ours, and the noise was quite unbearable at times — especially early Sunday morning around 7:30 AM.

Home away from home

Everything was wonderful. The apartment is very nicely decorated, and it has everything one would need.It felt like a home away from home. Sig Danilla was fantastic at welcoming us and explaining everything in excellent Englinish. We were family of 4, and we had plenty of space. The location is good too. Easy walk to Conad, the lake itself, restaurants... Overall 10/10 stay.

We liked everything. Just a small petty pointer (not a complaint), the TV wasn't a smart TV and we couldn't connect Netflix to our phone. The tv channels are only in Italian.

street is a little noisy for light sleepers, but it is a small price pay considering the position and the services (bike rental, pharmacy, small grocery shop) which are just next door

BOOK IT!! Fantastic location & modern apartment

ALESSANDRO and DANILA made everything smooth and hassle free from communicatiins before arrival to checkin and throughout our stay. The apartment has everything you could possibly need including coffee/tea, basics like oil, salt/pepper and wonderful bathroom products. We were very grateful for the wealth of tourist information including maps and eating options in the area. We would like to say THANKYOU to Alessandro for the home made birthday cake we found on arrival and the extra mile he went to organise a birthday surprise for our group. The location is perfect - close enough to SG.D'Orta to explore the old city but it was a nice quiet area in Pettenasco, we loved to local swimming spot just mins from the apartment.

A new and modern concept for an old apartment.A very nice , friendly host and his family.We feel as we are in a family meeting and not in a holiday apartment.

Für unseren Aufenthalt war die Unterkunft in Ordnung, wir würden allerdings nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und sehr groß. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Danila ist sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Durchfahrtsstraße, weshalb die Balkone aufgrund der Lautstärke und des Verkehrs nicht wirklich nutzbar sind. Allgemein ist es in der Unterkunft durch den Verkehr, auch nachts, laut. Die Sitzecke im Wohnzimmer sieht zwar schön aus, ist für gemütliche Abende allerdings nicht geeignet. Eine Vorwarnung, dass eine Kaution in Höhe von 150,00 € erhoben wird, wäre sehr wünschenswert. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Toilette leider nicht sauber.

Un appartement agréable dans un région qui l'est aussi.

Excellent accueil par Daniela avec des explications sur l'appartement, les activités et les commerces à proximité. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, bien décoré et bien équipé. Le lac d'Orta et ses environs sont très agréables. Beaucoup d'activité sont possibles : visites culturelles, baignades et randonnées dans de beaux paysages. Les bars et restaurants et bars sont bien moins chers qu'en Toscane.

L'immeuble est ancien (années 60 ?) et l'extérieur n'a pas été rénové. Le garage fermé est trop petit pour une grande voiture mais il y a des places de parking devant. La rue qui passe devant l'immeuble est bruyante, on ne peut donc pas ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit, mais il y a la climatisation. Les citadins ne seront pas dérangés par le bruit, mais les personnes habituées à un quartier calme le seront.

Teure, laute Unterkunft an der Landesstrasse - Hotels dort sind schöner, leiser und günstiger!

Das Apartment war sauber, es war alles vorhanden. Die Betreuerin der Wohnung war eine Seele! Der Kontakt zu Ihr war herzlich und gut.

Das Apartment liegt im ersten Stock eines alten Haus (im Umbruch, viel Leerstand, einfach) DIREKT an der Landesstrasse! Ständig sehr viel Lärm!!!! Die Fenster sind nicht sehr schalldämmend, daher sehr laut. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen (großes Bett). Die Ausstattung sieht schick aus, ist aber sehr unbequem. Das Sofa und die zwei Sessel sind sehr klein. Parkmöglichkeiten für ein SUV gibt es nicht direkt am Haus. Die dortigen Parkplätze werden von den Hausbewohnern beansprucht. Die zur Verfügung stehende Garage im Hinterhof passt nur für max. einen Golf... und das ist schon knapp. Der nächste freie öffentliche Parkplatz ist ca. 500m weg. Auf dem Balkon kann man aufgrund des Lärms eigentlich nicht sitzen. Das Apartment wird nach Personen berechnet, nicht nach Apartment. Daher ist es bereits ab 3 Personen im direkten Vergleich zu den sehr guten Hotels am Ort deutlich teurer. Diese bieten zudem leise Zimmer zur Seeseite mit Frühstück in der Kategorie Deluxe incl. Frühstück für weniger Geld an. Eine zu hinterlegende Kaution von 150€ wurde im Text nicht erwähnt und war bei Anreise in bar fällig.

Questa struttura è veramente eccezionale! La posizione è ideale, i servizi sono stati impeccabili e la pulizia è stata irreprensibile. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con attenzione e il personale è stato cordiale e professionale. Non posso che consigliare vivamente questo posto a tutti coloro che cercano un'esperienza di alta qualità. 5 stelle senza dubbio!

Останавливались в аппартаментах семьёй с 13.06-17.06.24. Фотографии соответствуют действительности, всё было просто супер! Квартира просто огромная, укомплектована всем необходимым, имелось 2 ванных комнаты, 2 спальни, отдельная комната для багажа и большая гостиная-кухня. До озера пешком минут 10. Вид из окон был на горы. Квартира возле дороги, но шума машин почти не было слышно при закрытых окнах. Имелся гараж для машины, что очень удобно. Хозяин был всегда на связи. Обязательно остановимся здесь в следующий раз.

Zeer mooi appartement !Alles voorhanden ,zowel in de keuken als in de badkamer ! Allesandro dacht werkelijk aan alles en Danila zorgt voor een aangenaam onthaal en verblijf ! Goed gelegen om mooie uitstappen te maken rond het meer en de omgeving !
