- Water Usage: The cabin is serviced by a private mountain well. While the water is safe, we suggest bringing bottled water for drinking. During dry seasons, we ask guests to practice conservation. Please note that hot tub availability is subject to water levels and cannot be guaranteed; no refunds are provided for water-related limitations.
- Security: For your peace of mind, a security camera is located at the front door. This is the only camera on the premises.

Really appreciated that the cabin was away from the main road thru Wears Valley. Being in a community lent a feeling of security and we still had a sense of privacy. The cabin was clean and as-advertised and the beds comfortable. A couple areas of the interior are showing a little age, such as the stair treads, but as it is an all-wood interior this just made it feel comfortable, like a well-worn jacket. Overall a very enjoyable stay

The cabin was cute and clean, but there were a few things about the experience that were a little lacking.-Out behind the cabin, there was a fair bit of trash between the cabin and the woods that kind of spoiled the view.- The amenities in the cabin were kind of bare-bones. There were 4 of us and we got exactly 4 towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper, which felt a little stingy. No coffee, so plan to bring your own.- This is on me for not looking at the pictures closely, but this is not really alone in the woods - it’s part of a little subdivision with a bunch of cabins pretty close together.
