The 4 large bedrooms include: 2 Master Suites each with King Size Beds, 1 Deluxe King Size Bed Guest Room and 1 Bunk Bedroom with 2 new Twin XL's over Queen Size Bunk Beds. The beautifully decorated 3.5 bathrooms feature designer soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion, luxury bath towels as well as hair dryers. The open designed living room, dining room & professional kitchen with high ceilings is very comfortable for a few or perfect for entertaining several. The living room includes a cozy gas fire place and cable TV with all channels including HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz, The Movie Channel, Netflix & Amazon Prime. The designer coastal dining table accommodates 8 and the kitchen bar has seating for 4. The professional kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line Sub Zero & Viking appliances, J.A. Henkels chef's knives and a complete set of Cuisinart professional cookware. A Sonos home sound system provides premium wireless music throughout the home, allowing you to play your saved or streamed music from your devices. Wonderful experience overall. Location for the resort could not have been better. House was well appointed and everything appears new. Very comfortable bed. Host was very communicative from the beginning. Nice having the neighborhood concierge available. Will look back for this place if we travel to Sandestin in the future.

Our long weekend stay was excellent. The house had everything we needed. Communication with Paul was great! We would definitely stay her again.

The house was nice and clean and accommodated our family. The surrounding area was very beautiful and our grands had fun on the golf cart when we were exploring. There were some inconveniences however, one of the AC units went out and had to be replaced, so that took some time. Paul was very attentive to see that it got done as quickly as possible. Overall we had a good time.
