The apartment is located in an old renovated farmhouse, consisting of 3 apartments that flank one another. It is located next to an ancient eighteenth-century villa (owned). It consists of a living room - kitchen (ground floor) and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (first floor). The apartment has a paved and fenced yard with table and chairs. Guests have at their disposal a small above-ground pool (diam. 5 mt), barbecue, private parking, common green space.
The accommodation in addition to being in the countryside is very close to all amenities (bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, shops; some within walking distance). The building is located within an ancient county, next to a villa eighteenth century where still descendants of the family live.
The location is extremely strategic for visiting the main cities of art (Florence, Pisa, Lucca). You can move by train (station 800 m) or by car (motorway A11 5 km).
The things to visit are different: from ancient medieval villages, the villas of Lucca, the beaches of Versilia, the thermal baths (Montecatini Terme), the caves (Grotta Giusti), the fantastic Cinque Terre and much more.
The owners live nearby and are ready to give you all the information you need for your excursions.
The activities to be carried out can be: visiting the cities of art; excursions in the neighboring towns, taste the typical Tuscan dishes in the different restaurants; Wine tasting; days at the beach; visit Pinocchio Park and the Villa Garzoni Garden.
