Die Lage war gut, gerade hinsichtlich der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dem Südstrand von Sellin und der Haltestelle des Rasenden Roland in Sellin Ost. Für 2 Personen mit 1 Kind von 9 Jahren war das Appartement ausreichend groß. Fahrradverleih gleich nebenan. Haltestelle der Selliner Bäderbahn direkt am Giebel des Gebäudes. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
Leider gibt es keinen Backofen und die Küche generell ist eher in die Jahre gekommen Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Edeka, der morgens um 6 Uhr seine Ware bekommt. Die Lüftung vom Edeka läuft den ganzen Tag. Die Sauberkeit ist ok, aber kein Highlight (z.B. Fußbodenleisten). Leider war der Spiegel im Flur nicht an der Wand, sondern stand auf dem Boden (Halterung defekt).

Wir (Familie mit einjähriger Tochter) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Sie eignet sich hervorragend für Paare, aber auch für Familien mit ein bis zwei Kindern. Die Lage ist wirklich optimal: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Toilettenspülung. Sie funktioniert zwar, hat aber leider sehr wenig Druck, sodass man häufig zweimal spülen muss. Das sollte verbessert werden.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, wodurch man sich die erheblichen Parkkosten auf Rügen spart.

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut gewesen und die Lage auch prima alles sehr gut zu erreichen viel Abwechslung reich
das ein offen für die Brötchen gefehlt hat wo man sie auf backen konnte
