Nádherné místo přímo v centru města v historickém domě. Na všechny památky a do muzeí bylo blízko. Pár kroků od apartmánu byla terasa parkánu a výhled na Hazmburk a katedrálu sv. Štěpána. Apartmán pro dvě osoby měl veškeré potřebné vybavení a genia loci.
Sprcha, která byla umístěna v jedné místnůstce hned nad toaletou a umyvadlem, by byla lepší v samostatném prostoru.
