    we really had a great family time at Westin! the room was pristine condition and service was great. the direct access to the beach front was definitely a great plus. even the beach area was well maintained.. we went during a peak period and breakfast queue was long, but the banquet staff were very efficient. they handled the queue management, seating at restaurant and table cleaning swiftly. Food was constantly topped up and delicious. i would really like to commend the exceptional service to the banquet staff and management. kudos

    There was alot mosquito at kid swimming area with dirty tiles, old hotel floded and sleepery when raining, breakfast average, bed sinking, overcrowded kids club

    Had a really pleasant stay at The Westin! The environment was beautiful, peaceful, and not too crowded, which made the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were also super friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely enjoyed the warm hospitality and would love to come back again!
