. Pool and gym good. Clean a bonus

Breakfast expensive. Lacking in room bedside table,hairdryer,shower flooded,kitchen tap not fixed in place and lack of utensils. Toilet kept running. First room not made up still had previous sheets

Okish for one or 2 nights in Lyon near the train station. Friendly receptionist.

Good place to stay overnight or for few days as there is a small kitchen in the flat.

There was some stain on the curtain (probably from coffee)

Very close to the train station and Westfield Mall.

No daily service, no English channels on the TV, no milk supplied even though there was coffee in the room. Also, we were responsible for getting rid of our own rubbish!

Affordable option but a bit far from the center.

One of the only hotels for a somewhat normal price during the Rugby World Cup Able to store luggage until check in. Checkout employee was more than friendly and helpful. Room was overall clean.

Upon check in the two employees at the front desk were having an argument. When we asked to check in they told us in a "should have known that" tone that check in is at 5 but they can make it work at 4pm. When checked in we asked for an additional cover since we had to share a bed (there were no twin rooms left which was fine - they communicated that before at booking). The employee said "not now I have to check in other people" - fair enough but the cover never came. We called the front deck in the evening to ask again and were left with a "I see if I can find one but if I do I'll bring it within 30 minutes". That never happened unfortunately. The toilet smelled badly of urine, not sure if that was a cleaning problem or through the vent upstairs to the other room. WIFI is quite slow. We had to take out the trash on the day of departure ourselves. Lots of homeless people in the area that is otherwise residential. We didn't walk around there during the night but mostly took UBER to get to the center and back. During the day its fine though.

The room is spacious and clean, the hotel is very close to the train station but the area in general is not the best if you wish to visit the old center. The check in is easy and quick. The property has a pool and a laundry room. The bed is comfy, there's a small balcony, a table with chairs and towels are provided in the bathroom

In the room there are the check out instructions : I didn't appreciate that they ask you to take your rubbish at level - 1 when you leave. If I pay for a hotel room, I kind of expect the cleaning fee included

I stayed for 3 days reception was very welcoming and helped throughout my stay they are also very responsive

It has a perfect blend of luxury and still feeling like home, the fitness room and the swimming pool are also really nice additions to the place

Clean, Modern and Welcoming

The hotel was clean and welcoming. It was close to the railway station - about half a mile walk. Not a brilliant location and a long way from the better restaurants and the old town. However, once we got our daily tram and bus passes, it made navigating the city easier. The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were reasonable.

There were no instructions for the room and we only discovered how to operate the blinds on the last day. The wifi was very slow.

Great Location & Great Value

Great sized apartment in excellent location right next to Westfield Shopping Centre. Apartment was clean with a balcony and bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and the pool was fantastic.
