About this house rental
Welcome to a charming 1 bedroom garden suite, centrally located and close to the University of Victoria, Camosun College and downtown Victoria. Our sweet suite is custom designed and built for snow-birds, visiting professionals or a small family on holidays.
The suite is well appointed with recessed lighting, dimmer switches and hardwood floors. The contemporary kitchen with granite counters, 4 new appliances, oak table and mid-century chairs contains all kitchen and dining wares for easy living. The kitchen's big bright windows open out onto a private southeast-facing patio and garden with a barbecue.
The comfortable living room has an oversized couch, that folds down into a double bed, thick carpets and side chair. High speed internet, flat screen TV. A comfortable desk is recessed into the study bay. The 4 piece bathroom is wrapped in modern tile, with a special low height bathtub for easy step-in. The bedroom has a wood-framed queen size bed with cozy sheets and blankets, a hardwood bureau, night tables and lamps.
A separate closet containing the washer and dryer if off the bedroom.
A parking space is adjacent to the garden and off the street.
A main bus route is nearby and easy access to the airport and ferry highway, the Cedar Hill Golf Course, Recreation Centre and ocean beaches and parks.
Non smokers. No pets
