About this house rental
Historic home that has been completely updated to modern standards. There is a detached 2 car garage that rents with the property for parking. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a full bed. 2 bedrooms are located on the main floor and 1 bedroom in the basement. The basement has full daylight windows, so you feel like you are on the main floor. There is a family room with a beautiful gas fireplace and TV to relax or read a book. The home offers another family room on the main floor and a formal living room with a gas fireplace. Brand new kitchen with updated cabinets and appliances will allow you to cook that perfect meal. Beautiful back yard that has mature trees for complete privacy. Nice patio and a BBQ for outdoor meals. There are 2 patios available for dining. Idaho Falls is a gateway to many beautiful sights. Yellowstone National Park, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Sun Valley, Idaho are all within a 3 hour or less drive. Idaho Falls is truly a gateway to so many wonderful sights. We were greeted by the owners upon our arrival and given a tour and instructions about various home amenities. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped with a large pantry and plenty of counter space. The house is close to downtown where we enjoyed great resturants and a weekly farmers market. The interior of the home is beautifully furnished in antiques in a country French style. A big bonus was a fully finished lower level complete with master bedroom and bath and a study connected to a large living area with fireplace. The ground floor has two large bedrooms with an adjoining bath, living and dining room, a a nice family room. The backyard is a paradise complete with fountain. The owners have not taken any shortcuts and made life easy for the renter. Automatic outdoor lighting and watering system. Included is a two car garage. Exceptional rental. Owners extremely easy to work with timely responses to requests.
