Tolle Lage, gute Betten, neues Bad, sehr schöne Balkone, ansprechende Ausstattung, extrem tolle Aussicht mit Blick auf die Ostsee!
Staub überall, dreckige Frühstückssets, dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank, Kühlschrank bei Ankunft schmutzig. Pfannen total veraltet und verkratzt, Toaster defekt, keine Reaktion oder Austausch in 9 Tagen! Haustüren der gesamten Anlage sind extrem laut und knallen. Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine im gesamten Objekt.

Nur Kleinigkeiten. Es fehlte ein Abwaschlappen. Die Bettdecke (Inlett) hatte einen größeren Fleck.

Sehr gute ruhige Lage der Wohnung im 3.OG mit Ostseeblick und Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Für die warme Jahreszeit 2 Balkone mit Ostseeblick.
Man muss wissen, dass Hunde willkommen sind und somit teils mit Hundehaaren zu rechnen ist. Dennoch ist die Wohnung sauber erhalten und gemütlich
