This place has it all! Situated on a double lot one is the house/pool and the other is a small nature preserve. Peace & Quiet. Enjoy the private saltwater pool and pond stocked with ducks, koi, and pan fish. You will not find a similar property as this house. Newly renovated home. Everything new. French doors open to the screened pool yard. Saltwater pool. Hanging chairs, covered dining area with Bluetooth speakers. This home has everything: pool, pond with coi, ducks, various birds, lovely yard. Quiet neighborhood and a great location to stores and restaurants. Home has a great layout, divided floor plan for bedrooms. We had a wonderful vacation visiting family and friends.

The house was really nice, and the pool and outside area was wonderful. The pond was cool and the ducks were really funny, we had fun feeding them peas and boy do they love peas!!! The neighborhood is safe and really nice for taking walks. Kathy was a great host and we would love to stay here again.

We felt so at home the minute we got to the house. Everything was so convenient and comfortable. We came for Christmas and Chanukah to visit family in Vero and this was the perfect spot for us! We will definitely be back :)

We had an excellent time at the house. Kathy was always available when we need her. The house was very comfortable, have everything you need and clean. Sophie and Matthew (our 2 Yorkies) enjoy this mini vacation!!!Thanks Kathy, we certainly be back and recommend you to our friends!
