2 story 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 full Kitchens, 2 full living rooms 4 thousand square feet. Front wall upstairs is completely glass with an unobstructed beautiful view of the Columbia River with a large balcony to relax on, eat dinner, have cocktail watch the sunset, and BBQ. Half acre with grass areas for relaxing or to play! Open concept with upscale appliances. Mall and restaurants are only a mile away! Parking upstairs and down stairs for cars, motorhome or to park a boat. Boat launch at the river is a mile away. Great for entertaining, family friendly yet also upscale!

Always available to interact with guests if needed. I live less than 3 miles away. I will never bother you unexpectedly.
Other things to note
House is just as comfortable for 2-4 people as it is for 12. This is why I price it the way I do per guest after 2 people. So all can enjoy this beautiful home and property.

I have nothing but good things to say about this property. It was clean, larger than it looked in the photos and the view is amazing. The back yard is also much larger than it looks. Lastly, the host was fantastic, she checked in on several occasions and manages the property very well.
