Welcome to Forever Poinciana! This old style Ft Lauderdale home under went an extensive two year renovation to provide a resort like setting complete with heated pool, spa, and fire pit. The pool consists of a sun lounge area and hot tub with gas fire bowls accenting the hot tub and waterfall. The huge loggia has a table that will seat 10, a lounge area with Sunbrite TV, outdoor grille, pizza oven and wet bar. A portable beverage center is perfect to wheel out to the pool area for those long lazy days in the sun. This 3000 sf, 2-story 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home was completely redesigned in a contemporary style that is bright, clean, open, and extremely attractive, with beautiful porcelain floors and designer furnishings. The open living room has a giant 55" flat screen mirror/TV, lots of seating, and adjoins the professionally equipped kitchen and breakfast/beverage bar. The kitchen includes all the latest in appliances including a built in coffee maker, ice maker, beverage center, wine refrigerator, dual oven and warming drawer. Great for entertaining.

The two master bedroom suites are spacious and opulent, with king-size beds and bathrooms to match, each with luxurious rainfall showers. Each of these bedrooms open to a large private sun deck. Bedrooms three and four have either a king-size or a queen-size bed and attached private bathrooms. Both have French doors opening to the pool area. Bedroom five is a queen suite with its own separate exterior door and private bath with a tub. All bedrooms include a flat screen TV.

The backyard is something special. There's a beautiful heated pool, perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. The pool lounge area has four chaise lounges that you may set right in the water. Enjoy the endless parade of majestic yachts gliding by on the New River's calm waters. The large Royal Poinciana tree provides great shade and is one of the largest on the New River. The large gas fire pit provides wonderful ambiance and a great place to enjoy an evening happy hour and/or engaging conversation. Another bar height table and chairs by the pool provides nice seating for any occasion. And don't forget the gazebo/bar with refrigerator/ice maker and 55" TV. A great place to watch the game.

There is off street parking available within the gated courtyard for 5 to 6 vehicles (no parking is permitted on the residential street).

Fort Lauderdale is a world famous vacation destination, with miles and miles of gorgeous sandy beaches and endless opportunities for fun in the sun, including boating, jet ski and paddleboard rentals, scuba & snorkeling, or just laying out and soaking up the tropical sun. The Strip is a popular ocean-side promenade filled with restaurants, bars, and clubs that are packed every night of the week and alive with energy. The very upscale Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale is just a mile away via car, boat, or bike. Fort Lauderdale is known as the Venice of the USA with its endless miles of canals and rivers to explore. This is a South Florida vacation entertainment destination!

All linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. There is a Pac and Play and high chair at the house for the babies. There are six beach bikes there for your enjoyment as well as many other beach toys, coolers, etc.

House Rules:
1) As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be 25 years or older.
2) Once you have reserved this property online, we require the following:
a) The responsible party will sign a rental agreement, which includes filling out a list with names and ages of all occupants (this will be emailed to you).
b) The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their drivers license or passport.
3) No special events or parties are allowed. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and parking on the street is prohibited.
4) No pets are allowed.
5) There is absolutely no smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted on the loggia, upper deck or outdoors.
6) Outdoor cameras are installed throughout the property for your added security and protection.
