Ground-floor of a residence in a quiet and green neighborhood with views to the sea and WiFi all over the place, interior and outdoor areas.
Spacious and well-equipped ground appartment, with barbecue in a comfortable 25 sq-mts terrace, and a nice, spacious and secure garden for children. The living-room has a 135 cms. sofa-bed, another two-seaters' sofa, a 40" TV with national channels, series and NETFLIX, and a fan. The main room has two twin beds (90 x 190 cms), night table, wardrobe, fan and opaque curtains to have a wonderful sleep. In another small room, at your request, there can be an 80 x 180 cms. extra bed (optional) or a cradle (optional) for children of the same family. If any of these are not required then there would be the ironing board. There is also a wardrobe in this room. The bathroom is spacious and very comfortable, it has a window, and a roomy and safe shower. The washing machiine is also there, laundry products are provided. Cold and hot water 24 hrs. in all the house. There is a very big kitchen/dining room with well delimited zones that allows chatting while cooking. The dining room has a baby chair (optional) and a little table with 4 chairs (optional) for little children. The kitchen is big and well-equipped with 4 vitroderamics hotplates and electric oven. Also there are microwave, dishwasher and a two-doors fridge. You'll find all the cooking and serving stuff needed. Besides there is a percolator, toaster, electric kettle, orange squeezer and plates, glasses and cutlery for adults and small children. All the barbecue instruments needed are provided. All the windows have iron bars and mosquitoes' net. In the terrace there are two tables, one brick-build and another plastic with chairs and a parasol. Besides there is a chaiselong, for reading and relax.
There are books and journals for adults and table and garden games for the little ones, a tricycle and a bycicle for children from 6 to 10 years old.
You will receive the inventory of the house as soon as you make the reserve. It will help you bringing just the necessary. In the terrace with the barbecue you will spent wonderful moments during meals with the whole family with quality products brought from the village market. The terrace has candle and electric light during the night.
The bed-linen, towels, bathmat and kitchen linen are included and it will be changed every week. The cleaning products for the house, the dishwaher and the washing machine are also included.
There is a lot of information available in English and French about this touristic zone to help you programming your visits to interesting and historic places.
In El Vendrell there are restaurants and boutiques, and many supermarkets with quality products. There is a village market, with fresh sea and agricultural products and meat and dairy products. At 10-15 minutes from the house are beautiful beaches and sportive ports, such as Calafell and San Salvador and El Vendrell, the latter in Coma-Ruga. Large and wide beaches, with a lot of ambiance in the summer and secure places for kids where they can enjoy climbing in the trees, to develop new abbilities. During the summer there are a lot of places with shows and good food. Besides you can visit Calafell, El Francás, San Gaetá, beside Playa Larga, all wide and long beaches with a lot of animation.
There are golf courses very near: less than ten minutes you have Pitch and Putt El Vendrell and 15 to 20 minutes you have La Gaiera Golf Club of great quality and spectacular views. You can see them in detal in their web pages.
Tarragona is at 24 Kms. with long and beautiful beaches and sporting and sailing ports where there are many restaurants and boutiques and important Roman archeological sites.
Barcelona is just 80 Kms.away, (45 minutes by the AP-7 (tax free highway) or by a good service train. Magnificent, interesting, beautiful and touristic city that offers everything, it is one of the most visited cities in the world.
In El Vendrell there are not far away entertainments such as bowling, karting, movies, as well as cafeterias, coffe shops, ice-cream shops and restaurants. Calafell is another place, very near (less than 6 Kms.), considered a very touristic city with a nice beach and lot of restaurants (italian, indian,) English pubs and very nice boutiques. You can enjoy the Festa Major in July 25th, 26th, and 27th seeing the Castellers, ancient tradition, and the Diables with their fires moving around the city.
