A small pond is at the top of the unsecured park and a small river flowing along the property.

Nous avions réservé deux jours la Verdière pour notre réunion familiale de Noël. La maison a été en tous points à la hauteur de nos espérances, que ce soit dans l'espace disponible, dans le confort des pièces communes et des chambres, dans l'équipement. Nous avons pu passer un très agréable moment en famille ; entre autres la grande cuisine / salle à manger nous a permis de préparer un repas de fête dans les meilleures conditions. Par ailleurs, avec le vaste parc, on se sent comme à la campagne, alors que nous sommes à deux pas de Lyon.
L'accueil de Claire a été parfaitement aimable et chaleureux.
Je recommande chaudement cette superbe maison.

Un très beau lieu, pour une très belle fête d'anniversaire. Un parc pour faire de nombreux jeux et des pièces de vie pour bien recevoir.

Maison louée pour le baptême de notre fils. Maison très agréable pour une réunion de famille. Le parc de la maison et les équipements (piscine, terrain de pétanque, balançoire et trampoline) sont exceptionnels.

Magnifique villa dans un parc aboré superbe. Nous y avons célébrer le baptême de notre fils et l'ensemble de nos proches a apprécié cette belle maison de caractère.
En revanche, je trouve un peu déplacé la cagnotte "verres cassés" lorsque l'on paye un montant - certes justifié mais pas neutre, pour une prestation de qualité. La vaisselle n'était en sus, pas très propre, nous avons lavé quelques plats avant utilisation. Nous avons en effet cassé trois verres, en les lavant à la main pour bien faire... Nous aurions du les mettre au lave vaisselle ! Ce n'est qu'un détail mais qui a marqué les esprits ! D'autant plus que les salles de bain pourraient aussi être rénovées pour un bien de ce standing...
Nous avons passé un excellent wkn en famille, c'est ce que nous retiendrons !
