The luxurious "Villa Malt" in Playa Santiago is a first class accommodation with private pool and all imaginable luxury. Up to four adults can spend a quiet holiday in stylish surroundings.
The house is located in the exclusive complex "Don Thomas" in a privileged location a little above Playa Santiago in the sunny south of the small Canary Island of La Gomera. The view over the Atlantic Ocean is a dream and the beautiful, summery weather throughout the year ensures the best holiday feeling from the first to the last minute.
The house offers plenty of space on two floors. There are two large bedrooms, both with private bath. The rooms are bright, airy and very high quality.
The beds are wide and comfortable with new mattresses.
The living room, the kitchen and the dining room are chic and tastefully decorated. From the furnished terrace leads to the private pool.
The small settlement "Don Thomas" also has a common area with a large, heated, all-day monitored pool and a lounge with table tennis, billiards and fitness area, nestled in a well-kept garden.
The entire area is part of the golf hotel "Tecina" 2 km away.
As a guest in the "Villa Malt" you get 10% discount on all offers in the hotel "Tecina", such as tennis, squash, golf, treatments in the in-house spa and beauty center and much more. This also applies to the bars and restaurants in the hotel.

We love the Pueblo Don Thomas development and Villa Malt is a lovely. Having access to the Country Club and Hotel Tecina is a great extra that we really enjoyed. The house is so spacious and comfortable.

Relaxed stay in well provided, well situated and well sized villa. Access to the heated pools of the Country Club and the Tecina Hotel formed a very pleasant and very welcome part of our stay. The accessability of Gerlinde helped us through some unclearnesses in the communication.and instructions.

Beautiful house on estate. Very nice communal pool area. Access to Club Laurel in Tecine. Unfortunately didn’t get access cards until 3rd day.

La villa está muy bien situada. En general esta en buenas condiciones salvo por una una serie de desperfectos que deberían ser arreglados:
1. Hay dos hamacas de la piscina rotas y no pueden usarse.
2. La barbacoa tiene las ruedas rotas y no se puede usar.
3. En el dormitorio principal hay una persiana rota y no se puede bajar, por que entra luz y no se duerme a gusto.
4. El exprimidor de naranja es arcaico.
