About this apartment rental

33m2 apartment on the 1st floor with large 12m2 balcony in a Basque house 200m from the pedestrian streets and 500m from the beach, the spa, 700m from the train station.
Apartment classified 3 ***.
The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2017 in a spirit of Basque curiosity and design. WIFI internet connection. The materials and paints used were chosen to be toxic free.
The bedding and furniture are new and of high quality.
The accommodation consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen and large balcony with 2 folding lounge chairs and a round table, as well as a leather sofa bed, 2 armchairs, 2 coffee tables, a sideboard, a large TV flat screen with DVD player, desk, table, 5 chairs, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob under extractor, oven and microwave, nespresso machine, (tea towels and hand towels provided). And a bedroom with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a closet, all open onto a bathroom with a large shower, a washbasin on storage, (bed linen and towels provided) and separate WC. Cot, high chair, inflatable bathtub and safety barrier with gate on request.
A complete and detailed inventory, as well as the instructions for use of the appliance, will be available when you enter the premises. An inventory is made before your arrival, and you will have 24 hours to report any deterioration or lack to the description.
Our prices include:
The rental of the apartment, the consumption of water and electricity, the supply of duvets and pillows, (the rental of bed linen, towels and kitchen, laundry costs 55 €), cleaning 40 € , internet access and tourist taxes collected on behalf of the municipality.
The laundry package (included in the price) covers washing and ironing of:
Bed linen for a bed, a hand towel, 1 tea towel, 2 large towels, a small one, a bath mat.
The possible supplement beyond 2 people: 25 € / person / stay
Our prices do not include:
THE SUPPLEMENT OF 6 € / DAY FOR HEATING FROM NOVEMBER 1 to APRIL 30.
You have access to the entire apartment, except the garden and the courtyard which are private and exclusively reserved for other owners, only a pedestrian right of way to access the apartment is provided. Ducontenia Park, the city's green lung, is located less than 200m away and will delight young and old.
It is strictly FORBIDDEN for tenants to park in the courtyard.
From July 6 to August 24, it is possible to benefit from a nearby parking space on request, accessible using a code for a rate of € 25 / week not included in the rental price (parking closed from midnight to 6 a.m. in the morning)
Entry into the premises is done independently (key in a key box which opens with a code). I will not be on site, but the person who manages the rental will remain available throughout your stay by email, phone or text. A guide with the good addresses of St Jean de Luz is at your disposal, and you will find in the apartment the documentation necessary for the discovery of the region. EXCELLENT STAY IN ST JEAN DE LUZ!

Appartement bien agencé, et bien équipé, idéal pour un couple. Excellente situation, accès facile et aucun problème de parking en septembre! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et Michèle est très soucieuse de répondre positivement à nos attentes.

L’appartement est très bien équipé et meublé avec goût. Il est très lumineux avec une vue dégagée. A quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et de la mer, son emplacement est idéal pour découvrir St Jean de Luz. Bref, à retenir pour un prochain séjour !

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement à 2mn à pieds du centre historique tout en étant au calme. Très lumineux et joliment décoré, tout à fait conforme aux photos et descriptif. Le balcon dans la verdure avec vue sur des maisons basques est charmant et dépaysant. Une adresse à recommander, d'autant plus que l'accueil de Michèle était très chaleureux ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
