The Booking.com confirmed checkin time was 14:00 and the checkout 10:30, this was also backed up by what was written in the info folder at the property). Before arriving I was contacted on WhatsApp and told checkin was 15:00 (it was eventually fine as I insisted on 14:00 and as it turned out we were allowed to check in earlier at 1:15). On checkout day I checked the info folder & Booking.com to remind myself what time to leave; both said 10:30 but the lady arrived at 10am and said it was 10am checkout and showed me a screen on her phone (which I hadn’t seen before) that said 10am. I complied and got my stuff and left in a rush. She didn’t speak English so communication was problematic. The electronic gate (both for cars and pedestrians) were not working properly.

Location in front of the sea.
Parking was a nightmare. Car park at the property was permanently full. And remote control entry was haphazard.
