Excellent Location to go for a private time or for family time. The scenery was picturesque and beautiful.
for the weekend that we were there, we had no cable or any television reception. But we had each other. Next time, it would be nice to watch the TV.

Location. I like isolation and the entire beach was pretty much ours. It is very far from town (known) but I was there for the ocean so it was excellent for me. Those needing restaurants and/or nightlife should look elsewhere. Pet friendly ($80 charge) was a plus! It was clean. Massage on the beach service! Came by on Friday. Appreciated access to Mayan Palace. I would probably rent again due to beachfront access and decent price. It was a relaxing stay.
Needs major cosmetic maintenance (structure and furnishings)!! Sparsely furnished. No coffee pot filters provided (but they had a French press so it worked out). Check in was 4pm but unit wasn’t ready until 440pm.

Right if the beach.
Had flying ants a couple of nights,,,was getting annoying. No spring door nor on windows.
