The property is within a few blocks from Pompano beach. Unit 20 was very well stocked with an awesome view of the waterfront from the second floor. Having a heated pool to cool off in was awesome.

The place was awesome, so was the view, even the property manager was a sweetheart! We loved being on the first floor with a perfect view of the water just steps away from the pool and BBQ too.

Location is good it's within walking distance to the beach. Bathroom is updated.
Very old furniture, chair with broken legs, pillows need to be replaced as well as the mattress. Basically all of the furnishings desperately need replacing. For this price point I feel they could invest in some new furniture. I just felt as if they're trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of the room with minimal investment. This could be a great place if they would just invest a little money in an update.
